The First Choice
He Left College for the Real World
In his first year studying EXTC engineering at the prestigious Shah & Anchor College, Bibekanand Jha realised where his real gift lay. It wasn't in textbooks and classrooms — it was in the practical, real-world execution of things that actually get built. So he made the courageous decision to leave college and step directly into the workforce.
Over the next few years he took on a spread of diverse jobs, learning the business from the ground up. His pivotal stint came in the intense banking sector — an environment that sharpened his technical expertise and instilled a sharp discipline for heavy-duty corporate operations. Armed with hard-won knowledge and a burning desire to build something of his own, he set out to launch his company.

The company is officially registered as Transcore Laminaters — but a different path is already calling.

Trishool Enterprises Launches
After his valuable experience in the banking sector, Bibekanand officially launches his true working empire under the name Trishool Enterprises — the name his friend believed in.
He started with the basics: manually repairing Dot Matrix printers and refilling printer ribbons at the most basic level. In those early days the business was small and the work was steady.

पहला फैसला
किताबों से नहीं, असली दुनिया से
जब बिबेकानंद जी फेमस Shah & Anchor College से EXTC इंजीनियरिंग कर रहे थे, तब उन्हें रियलाइज़ हुआ कि उनका असली इंटरेस्ट किताबी पढ़ाई से ज़्यादा प्रैक्टिकल दुनिया में काम करने में है।
बस फिर क्या था, उन्होंने कॉलेज के फर्स्ट ईयर में ही एक बड़ा रिस्क लिया, कॉलेज छोड़ दिया और सीधे जॉब मार्केट में उतर गए। अगले कुछ सालों तक उन्होंने ज़मीनी स्तर से बिज़नेस को समझने के लिए कुछ अलग-अलग जॉब्स किए।
उनके करियर का सबसे बड़ा टर्निंग पॉइंट तब आया जब उन्होंने banking sector में काम किया। इस जॉब ने उनकी टेक्निकल नॉलेज को बहुत सॉलिड बनाया और सिखाया कि बड़े कॉर्पोरेट ऑपरेशन्स को कैसे मैनेज किया जाता है। इसी एक्सपीरियंस और खुद का कुछ बड़ा स्टार्ट करने के सपने के साथ उन्होंने अपना सफर शुरू किया।

कंपनी का ऑफिशियल नाम Transcore Laminaters रखा गया — लेकिन किसी और रास्ते का आह्वान पहले से ज़्यादा ज़ोर से चल रहा था।

Trishool Enterprises की शुरुआत
बैंकिंग सेक्टर के अपने बेहतरीन एक्सपीरियंस के बाद, बिबेकानंद जी ने ऑफिशियली अपने असली वर्किंग एम्पायर की शुरुआत की, जिसका नाम रखा गया — Trishool Enterprises — वही नाम जिस पर उनके दोस्त का यकीन था।
शुरुआत बहुत ही बेसिक लेवल से हुई थी — मैन्युअली Dot Matrix printers को रिपेयर करना और सबसे बेसिक लेवल पर प्रिंटर रिबन रिफिल करना। 1997 के उन शुरुआती दिनों में यह काम छोटा और लगातार चलता रहा।

Do you repair both computers and printers?
Yes. We handle desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, MFPs and cartridges across all major brands, including Canon, HP, Epson, Brother, Dell, Lenovo, Asus and Acer.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most printer and computer repairs finish the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, we tell you the expected time upfront and keep you updated on WhatsApp.
What does non-comprehensive AMC mean?
Non-comprehensive AMC covers routine servicing, fault diagnosis and labour for the covered device. Spare parts, cartridges and consumables are charged separately at cost. We also offer comprehensive AMC where parts are included — just ask for a quote.
Do you do on-site (home / office) service?
Yes, on-site visits are available, and for AMC customers we give priority slots. Remote assistance is possible for software and configuration issues.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash and UPI only. Scan the UPI QR on this page with any UPI app, or pay us in cash after the service is completed.
Is GST included in the prices?
All listed prices are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is added automatically to every item in your cart, and the cart shows a full breakdown — subtotal, GST and final total — before you send the order. Your GST invoice is issued on request.
Do you buy old computers and printers?
Yes. We buy and sell new and refurbished desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and consumables. Send us the model and photos on WhatsApp for a quick valuation.
